Earnest Machine experienced an increase in two out of our four performance metrics in October. While our team is excited to see our metrics headed in the right direction, we continue to focus on process improvements, product training, as well as managing supply chain challenges to improve our customers’ experiences.

Service Guarantees: Thirty-three service guarantees were issued in October for a total of $1,650
